Talking to users

Having morale issues? Creativity block? Don’t know what to do next. Take a second and ask your users. It’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind that is building a startup & a community. 

These conversations are a gold mine for ideation, innovation, motivation - all the ations. I always feel rewarded after a quality conversation. Even when the feedback is negative it means that they care enough about the solution to tell you what the issue is. 

If you have an email list - just send out a note a day. DM someone on social media. Comment on your reviews. It’s an easy task that only takes a few minutes, but could improve your business every day.
