Deck, deck, boom
Pitch deck building is hard. So many versions. So many minor tweaks. This word here, this graphic could be a little better. This should get updated. We need better numbers here. It’s hard to feel like the deck is ever ready. It’s always changing. Implementing my habit building strategy here makes sense. There is constant work - so why do that on call instead of scheduling it ahead of time. An hour a week would do a tremendous job of keeping the deck current and fresh.
I have been pitching myself for years. Something that I always did when I met new people on the road in my van. When I was trying to convince people to start rock climbing. When I needed an adventure buddy. People talk about a pitch deck as a story & a relationship. What’s hard - is formalization. Putting the ideas into a deliverable.
