I have spoken about how much I have learned from leaders from books. Generally, the protagonists in books are in charge of some project. A heist, a military, a community.
As an English Lit major - I believe that stories tell truths about the human condition. The craft of epic tales is about providing the right amount of conflict to resolution. The protagonist, regardless of genre (obviously there are exceptions), is responsible for leading a community towards a needed solution.
They are thrown through the ringer. They continue adjusting, creating, reimagining new solutions. Characters in stories are ‘mostly’ confident their skills and knowledge will see them through the challenging times.
Make the best decision you can with the available information. Then take action.
