It feels like it has been a few months since I have had a really comfortable working space. A combination of traveling, friends and chaos have rendered consistent workflow a near impossibility.
I have found the most success when conditioning myself via spaces. Cook in the kitchen, work in the office, sleep in the bedroom, relax in the living room and play outside. Pavlovian conditioning is your best friend.
Force your brain to set an expectation regarding objectives. Habit building is a monster undertaking. Yet, once that habit has been established, your subconscious takes over the hard work - freeing brain space to create and innovate.
We have only so much mental capacity; thus, we are obligated to minimize effort.
